    Rangatiratanga

    The nature of Rangatiratanga is often applied to leadership and is seen as having courage, being assertive, determined, and persistent, exercising problem solving skills and applying these factors to achieve greatness for each other.

     

    'Ranga' means to weave, and 'Tira' is a small party or collective of travellers.

     

    In our context at Ahikā Recruitment, we like to apply Rangatiratanga as the ability to have courage in the pursuit of success towards secure and sustainable futures, weaving together the potential for greatness, wellbeing, and sense of value.
